Create the bundle
- Open About Praesidium.
- Find Diagnostics & feedback.
- Select Create support bundle.
- Choose a location you can find again and allow the export to complete.
- Attach the resulting bundle only to the Aeternum support conversation you initiated.
What the bundle excludes
Praesidium states that support bundles are sanitized and exclude license keys, account tokens, payment data, browser contents, raw hardware serials, and personal files.
