Steps to resolve
- Restart Windows, then try Praesidium once.
- Open Task Manager and confirm no stalled PraesidiumPC process remains before relaunching.
- Check Windows Security → Protection history for a specific detection or blocked action.
- Confirm the installed file has a valid Aeternum IT Solutions LLC signature.
- Run the current signed installer again to repair the installation.
- If the app still closes, create a support bundle if the About page remains accessible; otherwise note the exact time and Windows error shown.
