Before activation
One purchase provides one license key for one active device. Sign in to the Aeternum account that owns or was gifted the license before activating it in Praesidium.
- Use the email address associated with the Aeternum customer account.
- Copy the complete license key without extra spaces.
- Keep an internet connection available for the activation request.
Activate
- Open License & Billing in Praesidium.
- Sign in to the Aeternum account when prompted.
- Enter the license key and review the device that will be authorized.
- Confirm activation.
- Return to License & Billing and confirm Premium is active on this device.
Moving to another device
Deactivate the old device from the customer account or Praesidium before activating the replacement. If the old device is unavailable, contact Aeternum Support for help reviewing the activation record.
